About your presenter, Trisha Mandes…
Nutritionist, Trisha Mandes, MPHN has been helping clients sustainably lose weight and get off medications when exercise isn’t possible, for the last decade. Review her client’s successes here. She’s a Lehigh Valley native and currently mentors weight-loss and health improvement clients, where 95% of her mentees lose on average, 1-3 pounds a week. There’s no counting calories, portion control, meals, pills, supplements or shakes required (nor are they encouraged).
She’s published scientific papers in the Journal of Geriatric Cardiology, Translational Behavioral Medicine, and Health Promotion Practice. She’s the author of “The Optimal Eating Solution: Maintainable Weight-Loss and Longevity Even if You Can’t Exercise,” available on Amazon.
Trisha was the Lead Nutritionist for a dietary inflammation management study at the University of South Carolina, worked on a Diabetes Team for the Native American Rehabilitation Association, a Nutrition Educator for the Food Trust and received a Masters of Public Health Nutrition from the University of Eastern Finland. She’s been featured in numerous newspaper and television outlets. She’s also won two gold medals as competitive pole dancer (for fun!).
