How Linda Lost 100 Pounds Sustainably Eating Optimally at 71 Years Old

I received this email from a client graduate on Thanksgiving (and what a heart warming email to read!)…

Linda, a retired nurse, worked with me for just 10 weeks about 2 years ago.  It was so beautiful to hear her update because she’d lost 100 pounds and gained it back four different times before she hired me.

And today, she’s telling her story in our video interview!

Linda is a tremendous example of what never giving up on yourself and your health goals looks like especially in your late 60s and 70s!  She says this is the most sustainable way she’s ever lost weight because it’s an effective lifestyle change.  She’s doing it - not some pill or shakes.

Not only has Linda kept her 100 lbs off for two years now, but even within her first TWO WEEKS eating optimally she was able to eliminate Glimepiride, a diabetes medication!  That’s because optimal eating itself is so therapeutic and beneficial for health.  Now, she’s also off her Metformin and is taking ZERO medications for diabetes and her A1c is normal.  She reversed her diabetes!

I want you to hear her story.  Watch my interview with Linda here…

Linda is a tremendous example of what happens when you try again despite critical thoughts like “what if I fail again?” or “what if it doesn’t work?”  She had gained 100 lbs back 4x and she still tried again!  As she should’ve!  And I’m SO proud of her because now, she’ll never have to try again!  She likes eating optimally, she likes how she feels, AND she doesn’t have to count, measure or weigh anything!  She just eats!

See what never giving up on yourself and your health goals looks like by watching our interview!

Remember, trying again to shed pounds sustainably means you have a goal and that you CARE about yourself.  That’s commendable.  So if someone says “you’re trying again!?” you say "absolutely I’m trying again!”  This is your life and it matters ❤️

Trish
