I remember my first conversation with Janine before she hired me as her Nutritionist…
At 71 years old, she was very unhappy with her weight, was tired all the time, and was taking naps in the middle of the day. She was taking medications she didn’t want to. Janine felt like she was falling apart but had no motivation. Her doctor recommended she get a Nutritionist. Lost 48 pounds and is maintaining it!
Reduced her blood pressure medication by 50% within the first 10 weeks of eating optimally!
Eliminated her pain medication – Hydrocodone. The pain in her feet and legs disappeared almost instantly when she started eating optimally so no need for the pain medication anymore! The pain used to be a 10/10.
Exercises almost 5 days a week now and she wasn’t exercising at all before she started eating optimally! It’s been YEARS since she’s had a routine like this.
She prioritizes taking care of her health now that she knows what to do and what works!
Can walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath again.
Can do anything she wants without worrying about her weight and health anymore! Love this!
Falls asleep more easily AND now she’s waking up rested! Her sleep has improved.
Is going on a European trip with her granddaughter to visit 9 countries! She would have never been able to do that before eating optimally (to use her words). She’s going zip lining!
