How Diane Shed Pounds Sustainably at 71 Years Old

Diane came to me tired all of the time.  At 71 years old, she’s the caretaker for her mother and was exhausted.  She couldn’t keep up with grandkids and was the heaviest she’d ever been and was uncomfortable to say the least.  

Plus, she has diabetes and was struggling with painful neuropathy symptoms.  Diane also has Crohn's disease and high cholesterol.  She’d been cancer free for a year and wanted her strength back.  

She wanted a sustainable lifestyle change that wouldn’t just help her lose weight, but something realistic that would also get her energy back and improve her health problems.

In 10 weeks Diane…

  • Eliminated her neuropathy symptoms! “I had neuropathy at least once or twice a day – it was an irritating buzzing around my feet.  And after 11 days of eating optimally, I’ve only felt it maybe once or twice in total.” 

  • Said “I line danced with my husband last night!” and started going on walks with him again too

  • Is sleeping better – “I don’t wake up as much in the middle night after just 6 days of eating optimally.  I’m only waking up 1-2x a night vs 4 within just one week!”

  • Isn’t as tired in the morning when she wakes up now. 

  • Lost 13 lbs and hit a number on the scale she hasn’t seen in a YEARS

  • Can rip and run with the grandkids again! Her energy began increasing within 7 days!  She even took them swimming and can play in the yard with them again!

  • Started taking exercise classes and water aerobics again

  • Eliminated her knee pain

  • Is no longer out of breath
